The breakfast is organized horriblely!!! The line to get food was 30 people. All trays were empty - no food in! Line almost didn't move. Waited 20 minutes and gave up! Left hotel hungry without getting breakfast! I travel a lot. It was the first time I had such a bad experience!

We stayed here one night during the Grape & Wine Festival and were pleasantly surprised. Very clean, well-appointed room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, decent breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel is perfectly situated to visit the wineries, the outlets, even Niagara Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third hotel on my current trip, and by far the best! The layout of the room is amazing, lots of space, well appointed, everything works as expected, and when it was time to crawl into bed, it felt like a welcoming hug. That plus it's location, I will be back!

The hotel staff was wonderful, attentive and helpful. Dinner recommendations for a birthday were spot-on. The bed was very comfortable, and the two pillows with embroidered soft and firm labels were a definite win. Made sleeping comfortably easy. Complementary breakfast was fantastic, great selection of food; very tasty.
